Terms of use — Train.App
Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. The service
Train.App helps you organize training: crews, clubs, classes, attendance, events, and friends. The product tagline is “Train. Compete. Share.”
Your account is the same as in Fidelita. Fidelitos are shared across both apps. Train may credit Fidelitos for its own actions (for example, registering for an event); reward redemption happens in Fidelita, not in Train.
2. Account
You must register with a valid email and accept these terms. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential. We may suspend accounts for fraudulent use, manipulation of activity metrics, or breach of these terms.
3. Groups, classes, and events
- You are responsible for content you publish (names, photos, descriptions of groups, venues, events, and services).
- Roles (owner, admin, coach, member) define who can manage the group, mark attendance, or create classes.
- An event or class does not replace medical advice. You train at your own risk.
- Third-party athlete profiles (e.g. XKRace) open in that provider’s portal; Train does not edit that data.
4. Physical activity
If you enable steps or sync with Apple Health / Health Connect, you accept that progress is calculated from metrics reported by your device or connected apps. Do not falsify activity data. Train.App does not replace medical advice.
5. Fidelitos and Fidelita
Fidelitos are not cash and cannot be transferred. They may expire according to program rules published in Fidelita. By accepting these terms, Fidelita’s terms also apply to balance, expiry, and redemption.
6. Acceptable use
Automated use, exploitation of bugs, harassment, illegal content, or any conduct that harms other users or the service is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The Train.App / Fidelita Train brand, design, and software belong to their owners. You may not copy or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or applicable licenses.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for training injuries, indirect damages, loss of device data, or decisions based on the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will ask you to accept in the app when the version changes. Continued use implies acceptance of the current version.
