Are Train and Fidelita the same account?
Yes. The same email opens both apps. Fidelitos are shared; reward redemption lives in Fidelita.
How do I join a group?
Search groups that accept join requests, or accept an invitation. Private groups are invite-only.
I don’t see my cycling or running workout
Grant Health / Health Connect permission and make sure the source app (e.g. Garmin) exports distance to Apple Health. Requires a native build (not Expo Go).
How do I delete my account?
In Train go to Profile → Delete account, or use this page. This also removes access to Fidelita.
