Privacy Policy — Train.App

1. Data controller
This policy applies to the mobile app Train.App (Fidelita Train, bundle
app.fidelita.train). Questions:

2. Data we may process
- Account: email, name, profile photo, language, timezone, preferred sports.
- Social and schedule: groups (crew/club), memberships, roles, join requests, friends, venues, class templates, attendance, events, and services you create or join.
- Physical activity (optional): device step count and, if you authorize it, workouts read from Apple Health or Health Connect (cycling, running, and other activities).
- Fidelita program: because the account is shared, Fidelitos balance and loyalty data may be linked to your user. See Fidelita’s privacy policy.
3. Purposes
- Authentication, operation of groups/classes/events, and support.
- Show your activity progress and upcoming classes.
- Transactional communications (OTP, invitations, account notices).
- Integrations you enable (e.g. Fidelita partner offer, XKRace profile in the provider’s portal).
- Service improvement, security, and legal compliance.
4. Data retention and deletion
We retain account details, groups, memberships, attendance, events, services, physical activity and related records (including the Fidelitos balance shared with Fidelita) while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. When you request account deletion, we delete your account and its associated personal data; because the account is shared with Fidelita, access to Fidelita is also removed. We may retain specific records only where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud; in those cases, we limit their use to that purpose and delete them when the applicable retention period ends. Backup copies are deleted according to our backup retention schedule. Revoking a device permission stops future access through that permission but does not, by itself, delete data already stored in your account.

5. Device permissions
- Camera / photos: profile, group, or service photo. On iOS, picking from the library uses the system picker (we do not access the rest of your camera roll).
- Motion / pedometer: count steps.
- Health: read workouts synced by other apps (e.g. Garmin → Apple Health). Train does not write to Apple Health.
You can revoke permissions in system settings; some features will no longer be available. That does not, by itself, delete data already associated with your account: to remove it, request account deletion as described above.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure providers, transactional email, and app stores (Apple / Google). Members of your groups see the information you share in that group (name, photo, attendance, etc.). If you link an XKRace profile, XKManager’s portal opens with a short-lived token; that profile is not edited in Train.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your account from the app or this page. Deleting the account removes the user shared with Fidelita. You can also stop using the app and revoke device permissions.
8. Minors
Train.App is not intended for children under 13 without supervision by a responsible adult.
9. Changes
We will publish the current version at this URL with the update date.
